Ladson home prices rise in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Ladson rose by $18,050 while total sales decreased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 19.6% increase over the $91,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Ladson in the second quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Ladson for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $487, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2017.
