McClellanville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in McClellanville rose by $181,579 while total sales decreased by 61.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 68.9% increase over the $263,421 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in McClellanville in the third quarter of 2016.
