Seabrook Island home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Seabrook Island rose by $67,000 while total sales increased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $442,000 - a 17.9% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Seabrook Island in the third quarter of 2016.
