Ashley Forest home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Ashley Forest rose by $52,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $395,000 - a 15.2% increase over the $343,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Ashley Forest in the third quarter of 2016, as well.
