Riverland Terrace home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Riverland Terrace fell by $52,600 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,900 - a 13.1% decrease over the $402,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Riverland Terrace in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Riverland Terrace for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,632, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
