Laurel Park home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Laurel Park fell by $17,250 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $297,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Laurel Park in the third quarter of 2016.
