Church Creek home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Church Creek fell by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 1.4% decrease over the $233,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Church Creek in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Church Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $957, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
