Capri Isles home prices fall in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Capri Isles fell by $56,750 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,751 - a 19.8% decrease over the $286,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Capri Isles in the third quarter of 2016.

The median sales tax in Capri Isles for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,797, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2017.
