Adams Run home prices rise in the third quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2017 in Adams Run rose by $67,025 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 91.8% increase over the $72,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Adams Run in the third quarter of 2016.
