Adams Run home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2017 in Adams Run rose by $63,400 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,350 - a 53.3% increase over the $118,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Adams Run in the fourth quarter of 2016.
