Isle of Palms home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Isle of Palms rose by $107,500 while total sales increased by 266.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $607,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Isle of Palms in January 2016.
