Isle of Palms home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Isle of Palms rose by $107,500 while total sales increased by 266.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 - a 17.7% increase over the $607,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Isle of Palms in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
