Hollywood home prices rise in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Hollywood rose by $149,950 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $374,950 - a 66.6% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Hollywood in January 2016.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,113, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for January 2017.
