Mount Pleasant home prices fall in January 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2017 in Mount Pleasant fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2017, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,000 - a 6.6% decrease over the $378,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 113 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in January 2016.
