North Charleston home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in North Charleston rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $111,000 - a 11% increase over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 91 homes sold in North Charleston in February 2016.
