Isle of Palms home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Isle of Palms fell by $114,844 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $661,250 - a 14.8% decrease over the $776,094 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Isle of Palms in March 2016.
