Isle of Palms home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Isle of Palms fell by $114,844 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $661,250 - a 14.8% decrease over the $776,094 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Isle of Palms in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
