Hollywood home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Hollywood rose by $50,050 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $292,000 - a 20.7% increase over the $241,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hollywood in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,113, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
