Ravenel home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Ravenel rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 16.4% increase over the $167,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ravenel in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Ravenel for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $891, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
