North Charleston home prices rise in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in North Charleston rose by $6,650 while total sales decreased by 29.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,100 - a 5.5% increase over the $120,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in North Charleston in March 2016.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $729, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
