Adams Run home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in Adams Run fell by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 29.4% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Adams Run in March 2016.

The median sales tax in Adams Run for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $761, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for March 2017.
