Isle of Palms home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Isle of Palms fell by $372,500 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 36.4% decrease over the $1,022,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Isle of Palms in May 2016.
