Charleston home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Charleston rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 282 homes sold, with a median sale price of $284,500 - a 7.4% increase over the $265,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 323 homes sold in Charleston in May 2016.
