Hollywood home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Hollywood rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 5.5% increase over the $227,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hollywood in May 2016.
