Isle of Palms home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Isle of Palms rose by $22,500 while total sales decreased by 35.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $697,500 - a 3.3% increase over the $675,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Isle of Palms in June 2016.
