Mount Pleasant home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Mount Pleasant rose by $30,500 while total sales decreased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 227 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $399,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 277 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,649, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
