Hollywood home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Hollywood rose by $186,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,000 - a 74.7% increase over the $249,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Hollywood in June 2016.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,113, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
