Charleston home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in Charleston rose by $36,000 while total sales decreased by 27%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 287 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 14.2% increase over the $254,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 393 homes sold in Charleston in June 2016.
