North Charleston home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in North Charleston rose by $11,000 while total sales decreased by 13.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 10.6% increase over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 117 homes sold in North Charleston in June 2016.

The median sales tax in North Charleston for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $729, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for June 2017.
