Isle of Palms home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Isle of Palms rose by $53,000 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $705,000 - a 8.1% increase over the $652,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Isle of Palms in July 2016.
