Folly Beach home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Folly Beach fell by $3,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $612,500 - a 0.5% decrease over the $615,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Folly Beach in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Folly Beach for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $4,233, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
