Landsdowne home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Landsdowne rose by $33,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $299,500 - a 12.5% increase over the $266,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Landsdowne in July 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Landsdowne for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,139, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
