Hollywood home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Hollywood fell by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,000 - a 15.4% decrease over the $282,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Hollywood in July 2016.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,113, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for July 2017.
