North Charleston home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in North Charleston rose by $47,500 while total sales decreased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 72 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,500 - a 42% increase over the $113,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in North Charleston in July 2016.
