Kiawah Island home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Kiawah Island rose by $350,000 while total sales decreased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,100,000 - a 46.7% increase over the $750,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Kiawah Island in August 2016.
