Hollywood home prices rise in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Hollywood rose by $128,375 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,125 - a 50.6% increase over the $253,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hollywood in August 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Hollywood for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,113, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for August 2017.
