Edisto Island home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Edisto Island fell by $819,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,500 - a 80.2% decrease over the $1,022,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Edisto Island in September 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Edisto Island for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,668, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
