Summerville home prices rise in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in Summerville rose by $8,550 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,500 - a 5.2% increase over the $164,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Summerville in September 2016, as well.

The median sales tax in Summerville for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $862, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for September 2017.
