North Charleston home prices fall in September 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2017 in North Charleston fell by $4,878 while total sales decreased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2017, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $129,878 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 108 homes sold in North Charleston in September 2016.
