Seabrook Island home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Seabrook Island fell by $264,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 44.1% decrease over the $599,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Seabrook Island in October 2016.

The median sales tax in Seabrook Island for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,204, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for October 2017.
