North Charleston home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in North Charleston rose by $19,900 while total sales decreased by 40.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 58 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,900 - a 16.7% increase over the $119,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in North Charleston in October 2016.
