McClellanville home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in McClellanville rose by $507,050 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $784,550 - a 182.7% increase over the $277,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in McClellanville in November 2016.
