Isle of Palms home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Isle of Palms rose by $115,000 while total sales increased by 46.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $775,000 - a 17.4% increase over the $660,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Isle of Palms in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Isle of Palms for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $5,408, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
