Mount Pleasant home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Mount Pleasant rose by $66,625 while total sales decreased by 27.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 106 homes sold, with a median sale price of $430,375 - a 18.3% increase over the $363,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 146 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in December 2016.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,649, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for December 2017.
