Charleston home prices rise in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in Charleston rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 48.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were 126 homes sold, with a median sale price of $290,000 - a 4.1% increase over the $278,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 244 homes sold in Charleston in December 2016.
