Charleston home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Charleston rose by $44,100 while total sales decreased by 23.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 146 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,500 - a 15.6% increase over the $283,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 190 homes sold in Charleston in January 2017.
