Folly Beach home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Folly Beach fell by $237,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 34.5% decrease over the $687,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Folly Beach in February 2017.
