Mount Pleasant home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Mount Pleasant rose by $49,000 while total sales decreased by 49.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,000 - a 12.6% increase over the $390,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 144 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in February 2017.
