Charleston home prices fall in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Charleston fell by $7,500 while total sales increased by 26.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 252 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 2.6% decrease over the $292,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 199 homes sold in Charleston in April 2017.
