Kiawah Island home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Kiawah Island fell by $125,000 while total sales decreased by 11.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $620,000 - a 16.8% decrease over the $745,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Kiawah Island in October 2017.
