Mount Pleasant home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Mount Pleasant rose by $49,050 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $443,500 - a 12.4% increase over the $394,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 78 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in October 2017.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,649, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
