McClellanville home prices rise in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in McClellanville rose by $157,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $379,900 - a 70.7% increase over the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in McClellanville in October 2017.
